Terms of sale and use
Last updated: October 9, 2026. Please read these terms before you buy. You can save or print them with your browser.
1. Who we are and scope
(1) These terms apply to the use of this website and to the digital products offered on it (“Products”): the Appeal Kit and the Reinstatement Playbook. The provider of the content is Marvin Möller, Quebecallee 13C, 49090 Osnabrück, Germany (“we”, “us”), trading as ChannelTerminated.
(2) Purchases are processed by our payment partner CopeCart GmbH, Rosenstr. 2, 10178 Berlin, Germany. CopeCart sells the Products to you as reseller. Your purchase contract is therefore with CopeCart, and CopeCart’s terms and withdrawal information apply to the purchase. These terms govern the content itself, your licence to use it and our voluntary refund promise.
(3) The contract language is English.
2. We are not a law firm
(1) We publish general information, guides and templates for your own use. We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice, legal services or representation in any jurisdiction. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this website or our Products.
(2) Our Products do not assess your individual case. For advice on your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. Where our guides mention legal routes (for example under the EU Digital Services Act), they describe general rules; whether and how they apply to you must be checked individually.
3. What you get
(1) Appeal Kit: digital guide and templates for writing an appeal against a YouTube channel termination, as described on the product page, delivered as a download.
(2) Reinstatement Playbook: digital playbook, country playbooks, templates and tools as described on the product page, delivered as a download, including updated editions for 12 months from purchase.
(3) The Products are self-study materials. They do not include individual support, case review or learning assessments.
4. No guaranteed result
Only YouTube/Google, an out-of-court dispute body or a court can decide whether a channel is restored. We cannot and do not promise any particular outcome. What we promise is the content described on the product pages and our refund promise in section 6.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars for orientation. The amount actually charged is shown in the checkout before you pay (currently billed in euros by CopeCart, including VAT where applicable). Your bank or card provider may convert the amount and charge fees.
6. Refunds
(1) 30-day no-questions refund: if you are not satisfied, email help@channelterminated.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and you receive a full refund. This voluntary promise applies in addition to any statutory rights and regardless of whether you have downloaded the Product.
(2) Upgrade credit: if you bought the Appeal Kit and buy the Reinstatement Playbook within 30 days, we refund the Appeal Kit price on request.
(3) Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers in the EU/UK are explained on the refunds & withdrawal page.
7. Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Products for your own channel(s) and those of your own business. You may adapt the templates for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the Products or substantial parts of them. Agencies managing third-party channels need a separate licence – please contact us.
8. Your responsibilities
Use the templates truthfully. Never submit statements to YouTube, a dispute body or a court that you know to be false. Do not use our content to circumvent YouTube’s rules (for example by creating channels to evade a termination).
9. Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law.
(2) For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable at the time of contract; in any case limited to the price paid for the Product.
(3) We take care to keep our content accurate and current (each page shows its update date). Platform rules, forms and laws change; please check critical deadlines and forms against the official source.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to it.
