Short answer

YouTube Creator Support is YouTube’s direct help service for eligible creators, mainly members of the YouTube Partner Program, reached from inside YouTube Studio. Its help chat is partly AI-powered, cannot directly change your account and, as of October 2026, is not offered in the EU, the UK and Switzerland. There is no phone number, and it cannot overturn a termination.

Key takeaways

  • Creator Support is available only to eligible creators; YouTube lists access to Creator Support teams as a Partner Program benefit.
  • The help chat in YouTube Studio is partly powered by AI and, according to YouTube, cannot directly make changes to your account.
  • As of October 2026, YouTube’s Help Center says the help chat is offered in all countries except the EU, the UK and Switzerland.
  • YouTube offers no phone or in-person support; “Creator Support phone numbers” online are not YouTube.
  • Partner Program creators can request analytics data from their monetized period through Creator Support.

“Contact Creator Support” sounds like a phone number and a person. In reality, YouTube Creator Support is a set of chat and email options inside YouTube Studio, open only to eligible creators, with clear limits on what it can do – especially after a termination. This page explains who qualifies, which options exist in which countries, what Creator Support can actually do for a terminated channel, and how to write a request that gets a useful answer.

What is YouTube Creator Support?

YouTube Creator Support is YouTube’s direct help service for eligible creators – mainly members of the YouTube Partner Program (YPP) – reached through chat or email options inside YouTube Studio, not through a public hotline.

It is different from the public YouTube Help Center, which anyone can read, and from TeamYouTube on X, which anyone can message. Since around January 2025, YouTube’s Creator Support contact page sits behind a Google sign-in, so the exact options depend on your account and channel. YouTube also states that it does not offer in-person support.

Who qualifies for YouTube Creator Support?

Only eligible creators qualify for YouTube Creator Support, and YouTube’s Partner Program page lists access to Creator Support teams as one of the program’s benefits – if you are not in the YPP, you will usually not see these options.

YouTube does not publish a detailed public list of which Partner Program levels get which support channels; the contact page shows what applies once you sign in. If your channel was never monetized, your routes are the appeal itself, the Help Center, the Help Community and TeamYouTube on X – explained in how to reach a human at YouTube.

Which YouTube support can you reach? Not in the Partner Program: no Creator Support – use the Help Center, Help Community and TeamYouTube. In the Partner Program: in the EU, UK or Switzerland the help chat is not offered as of October 2026; elsewhere a partly AI-powered chat plus other options in Studio. Nobody in support can overturn a termination. Is your channel in the Partner Program? NoYes No Creator SupportUse the Help Center, Help Communityand TeamYouTube on X Where do you live? EU, UK orSwitzerlandno help chat(as of Oct 2026) Elsewherechat (partly AI)plus optionsshown in Studio Nobody in support can overturna termination – only the appealreview or a legal route can.
Your support options depend on two things: Partner Program membership and where you live.

Is there Creator Support chat, email or a phone number?

There is a help chat and, depending on your account, other contact options inside YouTube Studio – but no phone number, and as of October 2026 the help chat is not offered in the EU, the UK and Switzerland.

OptionWhat YouTube says (as of October 2026)Can it change your account?
Help chat in YouTube StudioPartly powered by AI (Gemini); offered in all countries except the EU, UK and Switzerland; 19 languages listedNo – YouTube says the chat cannot directly make changes to your account
Email supportShown after sign-in; the last public version (December 2024) listed English and Spanish around the clock and other languages on weekdaysNo decision on terminations
“Ask Studio”Can hand some high-touch creators to human agents; YouTube’s own pages are not consistent on thisNo decision on terminations
PhoneNot offered; YouTube does not offer in-person support–

Whether Partner Program creators in the EU and UK currently get email support instead of chat cannot be checked publicly, because the contact page requires a sign-in. Until March 2026, YouTube’s page limited the EU, UK and Switzerland exclusion explicitly to the AI chat; the current wording applies it to the help chat in general. If you are in those regions, look at what Studio shows you after signing in.

Careful

Search “YouTube Creator Support phone number” and you will find numbers in ads, forums and comments. None of them are YouTube. Google says you cannot call it for help signing in, and that it does not work with any service claiming to provide account or password support. Callers who say they are from YouTube support and ask for codes are scammers – check any offer with the recovery scam checker.

What can Creator Support do after a termination – and what not?

After a termination, Creator Support can explain processes and pass information on – and it is the documented route to your Partner Program analytics – but it cannot reverse the termination or change your account.

  • Analytics data: YouTube says analytics data from the period your channel was in the Partner Program can be requested through Creator Support. Ask early – it belongs in your evidence file.
  • Process questions: which form applies, what a status means, whether something you submitted arrived.
  • Hacked channels: YouTube’s TeamYouTube page refers hacked channels to Creator Support. If you do not have access to it, YouTube’s hijacking guide points to TeamYouTube instead. The full route is in YouTube channel hacked: the recovery plan.
  • Partner Program issues: for a suspension from monetization rather than a termination, see YouTube monetization suspended.
  • Overturning a termination or a rejected appeal.
  • Making changes to your account through the chat.
  • Reviewing your appeal faster because you asked.
  • Promising a decision date – YouTube publishes none for termination appeals.

One practical limitation is not documented: a terminated channel loses the Studio dashboard, where support options normally sit. Whether you can still open the Creator Support contact page after a termination depends on what your signed-in account shows. If you had an open support case before the termination, continue it there.

When is it worth contacting Creator Support after a termination?

It is worth contacting Creator Support after a termination when you need something it can actually deliver – your analytics data, a status confirmation or the right procedure – and not worth it when you want the decision changed.

Think of Creator Support as the help desk, not the judge. Three situations where a request makes sense: you were in the Partner Program and need your analytics for your evidence file or for sponsors; the anticipated review time for your appeal has clearly passed and you want to know whether it arrived; or you suspect a hack and need to know which recovery steps apply. Two situations where it only costs you time: arguing that the termination was unfair, and asking for a faster review. Those arguments belong in your appeal – and, after a rejection, in the formal routes your country offers.

Good to know

Answers from a partly AI-powered chat can be generic. If a reply does not match your situation, say so in one sentence and ask whether a human agent can look at it. Save the conversation either way – a transcript is part of your contact log.

What is a YouTube partner manager?

A YouTube partner manager is a YouTube contact assigned to some channels, typically larger partners – not every Partner Program member has one, and a partner manager cannot decide your appeal.

If you have a partner manager, or your channel belongs to a multi-channel network (MCN) – a company that partners with many channels for rights management or sales – tell them early. They can explain and raise a question internally. YouTube’s Creator Liaison, by contrast, has said that the role cannot provide individual creator support, according to Tubefilter. And anyone outside YouTube offering to “be your partner manager” or to reach one for a fee is part of the pattern described in the “insider” myth.

How do you write a request to Creator Support after a termination?

Write a short, factual request that asks for things Creator Support can actually do – confirming your appeal was received and providing your analytics data – and do not argue the decision.

  1. File your appeal firstCreator Support cannot replace it. The full process is in how to appeal a YouTube termination.
  2. Collect the basicsChannel name, channel URL or ID, termination date, policy named, appeal date.
  3. Ask one or two concrete questionsThings support can answer: receipt and status, analytics data, the right form.
  4. Keep it under 150 wordsLong stories get skimmed. Your appeal carries the arguments.
  5. Log the contactDate, channel, what you asked, what you got back.
Template: request to Creator Support
Hello Creator Support team,

my channel [channel name] ([channel URL or ID]) was terminated on [date] under the [policy] policy. I submitted an appeal in YouTube Studio on [date].

Could you please:
1. confirm that my appeal was received and is being reviewed, and
2. provide the analytics data for my channel from the period it was in the YouTube Partner Program?

I understand that the decision itself is up to the appeal review. Thank you for your help.

[Your name] – [contact email]

If the answer does not come or does not help, the next options are covered in how long a YouTube appeal takes. And because every support contact goes back to the quality of your appeal: if you want the finished appeal for your exact termination reason – short version for the form, long version for escalation – it is in the Appeal Kit (€87, one-time, 30-day no-questions refund). We never ask for your login and never contact YouTube for you.

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible for YouTube Creator Support?

YouTube offers Creator Support only to eligible creators, and its Partner Program page lists access to Creator Support teams as a program benefit. If your channel is not in the YouTube Partner Program, you will usually not see the Creator Support contact options and should use the Help Center, the Help Community or TeamYouTube on X instead.

Does YouTube Creator Support have live chat?

Yes, for eligible creators, though partly powered by AI and, according to YouTube, unable to make direct changes to your account. As of October 2026, YouTube's Help Center says the help chat is available in all countries except the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The options you see are shown after you sign in to YouTube Studio.

Is there a YouTube Creator Support phone number?

No. YouTube does not offer phone or in-person support, and Google says you cannot call it for help signing in to your account. Phone numbers that appear in search ads or comments as YouTube or Creator Support hotlines are not YouTube and are a common route for scams aimed at stealing logins or fees.

Can Creator Support reverse a channel termination?

No. Creator Support can explain processes and pass information on, and its chat cannot directly change your account. Only the appeal review, or in some countries a legal procedure, can reverse a termination. Use Creator Support for factual questions, such as whether your appeal was received or how to obtain your Partner Program analytics.

What is a YouTube partner manager?

A partner manager is a YouTube contact assigned to some channels, typically larger partners. Not every Partner Program member has one. A partner manager can explain and escalate questions internally, but cannot decide your appeal. Anyone outside YouTube who offers to act as your partner manager or insider for a fee is not legitimate.
